Visit us in store at Thirroul Collective 10-3pm, seven days a week. We are located opposite the Post Office at 271-273 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Thirroul.
We offer Afterpay store wide and the option is available at checkout. If there are any questions or concerns about using Afterpay please contact them directly.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
We will definitely ship your order on the next business day but will aim to ship the same day. If your order is placed before 1:00pm, and you have selected express shipping, it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, it may be the next business day. The only exception to this is if the item you’ve ordered is a pre sale item.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on the location, items should arrive within 3-4 days however they can take as long as a week if the receiver is in a regional area. Please be patient as this is not something we can change or predict. Please be mindful of peak times and choose the express postage upgrade to be safe. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, any postage Australia wide is taking longer than usual. We have also been advised that Australia Post can not currently guarantee next day delivery on their express network, it is more like 2-3 days. You can track your parcel here.

What are the postage costs?
Postage is a flat rate of $8 for all purchases. We use Sendle where possible and it is a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. If you choose Express post, orders are $15 via Australia Post. We offer free same day delivery in the Illawarra if you order by 2pm; Helensburgh to Gerringong and in between. We are offering contactless, doorstep delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic.
You can also choose to collect in store at Thirroul Collective, Monday -Sunday 10-3pm.
Do you express post?

Do you offer gift vouchers?
We sure do! These are available on our website and we can arrange for postage or email of our gift voucher to you or someone special. Email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
How do I leave my personal gift tag message?
Please leave your personal message at the check out. There is a space to leave order notes. If there is an issue or concern please feel free to contact us via email and we will gladly help.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Only if the item is faulty, and it must be brought to our attention upon arrival. You must show evidence of the fault via a photo. The item must then be returned within 7 days for a full refund. We will reimburse the return postage if a fault is found. Please keep in mind all items are checked over before shipping.
Do you exchange?
Again, only due to product fault & the item must be returned, as above, for an exchange.
